Steve has served with the Royal Rangers for nearly 18 years. He served as the Delmarva Sectional Commander from spring 2006 to January 2011, until he assumed the position of East Division Cmdr. He is also the District Discovery Ranger Coordinator. He attends Praise Assembly in Newark, DE and serves as Adventure Rangers Coordinator for Outpost 284.

Steve - whose FCF name is Snake Staff- has been involved in the ministry since 1983. He began serving as SES Commander in 1990. Most of the District knows Steve by the nickname "Doc". As an emergency physician he serves as health and safety officer at District and Sectional functions and has been the Medical Director for the 2002 and 2006 National Camporamas. Steve has also been a senior commander and Pioneer Outpost Commander. He and his wife Cathie currently serve as RK Commanders at Outpost 167.

Robert has served with the Royal Rangers for many years. He assumed the position of Sectional Commander in Janaury 2011 for the Delmarva Section. He is a committed leader in Outpost 284 at Praise Assembly in Newark, DE. Robert is also the District Promotions and Publicity Coordinator.
