I was contacted by RangerKids Commander Jane Gausman Outpost 185 (St. Marys), that her great Nephew, Aries, from northern Potter County had a bicycle accident. In the accident the handle bar penetrated the chest and punctured his liver and lungs. He was treated at Coudersport hospital and transferred to Buffalo. Because of his injuries he is in an induced comma and the doctors are only giving him a 50/50 chance of making it. Please lift Aries up in prayer. Also Sr. Commander Rich Dibble of Outpost 102 (Bradford) is scheduled to undergo pep & ct scans later this week to see if the chemo is having any effect on his cancer. If it isn't reducing or maintaining the cancer Rich will have to decide if he wants to continue having chemo. The Doctor has previously told rich the cancer is inoperable and terminal, and as long as he can stand the chemo and it works he will live. Rich is in good spirits and still looking ahead for his future here but is also aware of his potential of going to see his Savior. The possible decision he may have to make is weighing on him. Our God is an awesome God and all things are possible thru Him. Please lift Rich up and pray for God's will to be done and for Rich to be blessed by the Comforter in his time of need. For those of you who have been praying for Jimmy the drummer from a St. Marys band who broke his back in an ATV accident, God has blessed him with not having to undergo surgery. The chards of bone from his vertebrae that are against the spinal chord are not being adversely effected by bone growth and so he will not have to have them removed. He is still in a brace and a lot of pain so continue to lift him in prayer on his recovery. Thanks & God Bless, |
