IntroductioniCal is an open standard for exchanging calendar data on the internet. It is designed to facilitate the sharing of calendar data among different systems -- web sites, desktop calendar applications, PDAs, etc. This document is divided into the following sections:
Finding iCal FilesOn the "events" section of the website, look for the right menu, then locate "Outlook CSV..." for the year you would like to import. ![]() Figure 1: "iCal" download link Downloading and Importing iCal FilesAfter clicking on a calendar's Download link, your browser will prompt you to download the iCal file. ![]() Figure 2: Download dialog box Once you have downloaded the iCal file, you'll need to import it into your calendar application. This is useful in case your calendar application does not support subscriptions.
