Reverend Jack Belin is married to Georgia. They have two children, Wendy and Russell. Jack is now Convoy of Hope Global Food Project Director.  Rev Belin graduated from Eastern Bible Institute (Green Lane Pa) in the early 1970’s. His first pulpit assignment was with Rev Earl D. Baldwin at the Hellertown Assembly of God, as an assistant pastor. Royal Rangers came to Hellertown in1974, Jack was there to minister.

Jack was called to the pulpit of Emmaus Assembly of God to pastor there. Royal Rangers flourished there under his pastorate. He was unable to join the FCF at the 1975 District Pow-Wow that year. He and another leader traveled to So Jersey to be initiated that fall. Rev Jack Belin is a member in good standing of our George Washington FCF Chapter. Jack was later called to lead churches in other parts of the Pennsylvania – Delaware District. Jack felt the call of God to the Foreign Missions field. He served many years in Bolivia ministering to the Guarani Indians. The Freedom School that he and Georgia developed empowered many children to live for Jesus.

After many years of ministering to the people of Bolivia he felt the call to Southeast Asia. One of Jack and Georgia’s greatest burdens there was to minister to children, so many were in bondage. Jack’s latest field of ministry is to Convoy of Hope. We are blessed to have him return to our chapter to minister to us. Many of us Old Timers remember the Sunday morning in the cabin at our Trace many years ago. Brother Jack’s emotional sermon on Christ’s crucifixion stays with us still.

Here ye! Here ye! Here ye! Spring is coming and ye ole Frontier Adventure at Spring Trace is as sure to come as cherry blossoms and strawberry pies. If ye has it in your heart to be a part of the Frontier Adventure staff or you just need it to go buckskin or wilderness there are positions available at your request. E-mail your request with your name and date of birth to valiantfalcon55@yahoo.com and specify if you want Friday duty or Saturday duty (Friday duties are from 12:30 to 9:00 pm and will free up your Saturday for events and competitions).

If you have a talent or skill in making outfits, setting up shelters, making fire with flint and steel, throwing hawk and knife, trapping wild critters, shooting black powder rifle, or frontier cooking you may request to help with these Saturday classes for the greenhorns.
