Elliott Bennett Jr. Receives Gold Eagle Award
On June 13th, 2007, Royal Rangers Outpost 19, of Grace Assembly of God in Spring City, Pennsylvania conducted a Council of Achievement which honored and recognized boys who have earned merits and reached milestones. Among them was Discovery Ranger Elliott Bennett, Jr.
Elliott was awarded the Discovery Rangers highest award, the Gold Eagle Award. In his presentation, Discovery Rangers Commander Elliott Bennett, Sr. sighted the boy's dedication, commitment and hard work for the past year, devoting weekends, evenings and even holidays to complete requirements for his merits and awards. He stayed true to his commitment even after badly breaking both bones in his right arm in November.
Elliott now has his sites set on working toward the Gold Medal of Achievement and is excited about entering Adventure Rangers in the Fall.
Congratulations Elliott Bennett Jr!
