Commanders,

The World Class Outpost seminar scheduled for April 4-5 at Binghamton, NY has only 10 persons registered so far.  Unless the minimum number of registrations (48) is reached by March 7^th this seminar is in danger of being cancelled.  We already saw the WNTC in Maine fall by the wayside and the RKTC and the WCO seminar will be the next victims unless you get your registrations in pronto.  How can we be effective leaders in our outpost, section or district if we do not get the necessary training?  The answer is, we can’t.  Let’s make the commitment.  Get the word out to your men.

The NCE to be held in Columbia, NJ on June 5-8 is full.  However, if you are still interested in attending please send your application in to the National office and they will put you on a waiting list.  There are always persons that have to cancel and if you are on the list you will be contacted.  We don’t want a canoe to go out with just one person.
