2010 District Powwow was AWESOME!

 

Our 2010 District Powwow was awesome and unique this year and save for a short shower around 5:00 AM on Sunday morning the weather was perfect.  Two years in a row, can you believe it?  We had a water baptism in the Tuscarora Creek on Saturday afternoon and an old fashion foot washing service during the Council Fire on Saturday evening.

 

  • Our attendance was 444

  • We had 40 Outposts in attendance

  • Approximately 40 to 50 went to the alter on Friday evening

  • 2 men and 20 boys got water baptized on Saturday

  • Leaders and boys were overwhelmed by the foot washing service on Saturday evening and their were countless break throughs in relationships with the Lord and with one another

  • Many said it was the best Powwow they ever attended

BGMC Offering at District Powwow was $220.76

Many thanks to those that contributed.  It will go to the BMGC/RRI CD Translation Project.

2009 District Powwow a Huge Success!

 

Our 2009 District Powwow was a huge success with some of the best weather we have had for years.  Other than a brief shower on Thursday evening, we had NO RAIN.  Can you believe it?

  • Our attendance was 401

  • 45 to 55 got saved or rededicated at the Friday evening council fire service

  • 10 RK's got saved during the RK Field Day event

  • 70 to 75 came forward for the baptism in the Holy Spirit during the Saturday evening council fire service

  • 30 came forward for healing and prayer during the Sunday morning worship service

BGMC Offering at District Powwow was $341.64
