The 2007-2008
Ranger of the Year Competition is over and was a
big success and went out with a bang. Below you
will find the results of all competitors at the
District and Regional Levels. Thank you to
all the boys that participated and to all
leaders that assisted with the ROTY. As
you recall, Commander Scott
mentioned at the District RT, this will be the
last District and Regional ROTY
evaluation for at least 5 years.
We will keep you posted as we get any updates on
the future of the ROTY.

ROTY
- Record Keeping: Your Outpost needs
to practice good record keeping. Why? Since when
the time comes for filling out ROTY evaluation forms, you
have ready all the accurate information for your boys.
Making use of "Navigator", will streamline the record
keeping process.
- Ranger Navigator: Outpost should
start making use of "Navigator"
to keep track of Outpost information throughout the year.
The latest versions of Navigator includes a backup utility
when closing the program.
- Merit Study Guides: Right now on the Nation
website are the 2007-08 ROTY study guides. You can
find out what merits and areas to have your boys work on and
study throughout the year.
