mentioned at the District RT this will be the
last District ROTY
evaluation for at least 5 years.

Planning for 2007-08 RROTY
- Record Keeping: Your Outpost needs
to practice good record keeping. Why? Since when
the time comes for filling out RROTY evaluation forms, you
have ready all the accurate information for your boys.
Making use of "Navigator", will streamline the record
keeping process.
- Ranger Navigator: Outpost should
start making use of "Navigator"
to keep track of Outpost information throughout the year.
The latest versions of Navigator includes a backup utility
when closing the program.
- Merit Study Guides: Right now on the Nation
website are the 2006-07 RROTY study guides. You can
find out what merits and areas to have your boys work on and
study throughout the year.

Important Ranger Navigator Information
East Central section is asking its Outposts to
use Ranger Navigator in preparation for this year's RROTY.
Ranger Navigator was approved my USA national office in March
2006 as the official software for Outpost management. This
program is free for all chartered Outposts and is available at
