You also learn soul-winning techniques for evangelism.

Ranger Essentials
This is a one-day fun, interactive-style training event. You will learn how to connect with today's boys, along with recognizing ministry needs and outreach opportunities. You will discover how to give life-changing devotions and how to mentor boys and young men into spiritual leaders.

Rangers Ministry Academy
Leaders, don't stop your training with Ranger Basics. Expand your training to better your effectiveness in Ranger Kids, Discovery Rangers, Adventure Rangers, and Expedition Rangers by earning each of the Outpost Leader Advancement levels and completing the Organizational Leader Training.

National Training Camps & Conferences
The national Royal Rangers ministry oversees the operation of numerous national training events that equip leaders to successfully fulfill their roles at various levels of Royal Rangers leadership.
